RJ was developed to make the hair itself healthy, not just healthy looking, since there are so many different chemicals, which destroy the hair, and so many people are born with a non perfect hair. It is our duty as hair care professionals to provide our customers a beautiful and healthy hair, in which a style is easy to maintain.
There is a misconception, that the only way to make and keep the hair healthy is to condition it with conditioners and conditioning shampoos, and when they do not work: the remedy then is: just cut it! This is absolutely wrong and as a hair care professional you know when you try to fix real problems with conditioners, they do not work. If the hair is breaking, it is still breaking no matter how many times you condition it. All the conditioners are based on the same basic ingredients, you know when one doesn't work the others will do nothing either. Conditioners do one positive thing, they make the hair easier to comb through, as would lemon juice and water, when there are split ends and the hair is tangling. Conditioners also do two very bad things: they coat the hair making it very unmanageable and they also coat the scalp causing the hair grow weaker and in lesser quantities than from a clean scalp.
